Peter’s Feeders S-11 Sunflower/All Purpose Feeder has been popular for as long as we’ve been in business...34 years now! It was the very first bird feeder we designed and with improvements made over the years it is still a favorite bird feeder for wild bird feeding enthusiasts all over the country.
As with all of our feeders, we construct them from a heavy 1/8" thick impact resistant plastic designed for outdoor use. The S-11 has 6 feeding stations as well as a generous tray at the bottom for dropped seeds. The seed tray also serves as a feeding platform for some of the larger birds who will frequent this feeder (Cardinals, Grosbeaks, and Woodpeckers to name a few). Although we prefer using Black Oil Sunflower Seed because of its high nutritional content the S-11's specially designed interior seed baffles on all 6 feeding stations allow you to use any sized seed you desire.
Another feature of this feeder is that the body of the S-11 is highly reflective and you will see reflections of the birds using the feeder as well as colors from your yard and garden. The easy lift up top makes filling this feeder a snap. We highly recommend this feeder to increase the numbers and varieties of birds who will visit your yard. You can expect Black-capped Chickadees, American Goldfinches, House Finches, Purple Finches, Pine Siskins, Cardinals, Grossbeaks, Dark-eyed Juncos, Woodpeckers, Redpolls and many more to visit this versatile feeder!

Easy to fill, easy to clean, and birds love it.

I had been using an open tray for sunflower feeding. I've had seeds sprout after a rain. I have to dump empty shells. This feeder will eliminate those problems. The birds love this feeder. Construction is so good, should last a lifetime.
